To use any service offered by o9bat, you must be at least 21 years of age. This age restriction applies regardless of the jurisdiction from which you access the platform. o9bat may request proof of age at any time. If it is established that a player has registered or used the platform while under the age of 21, their account will be immediately terminated, all gameplay will be declared void, and any deposited funds will be returned where legally permissible. o9bat is not liable for any losses incurred by an underage player prior to detection.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Payment methods and minimum amounts are subject to change; current details are displayed on the Deposit page within your account. o9bat does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect player funds. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. o9bat reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times are typically between 15 minutes and 24 hours, subject to payment provider availability and any ongoing KYC review.

All transactions on o9bat are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform also accepts INR for players accessing from India. o9bat is not responsible for any exchange rate fluctuations or fees charged by your bank or mobile money provider in connection with currency conversion. Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means, using stolen payment credentials, or using the platform to launder money or conceal the origin of funds is a criminal offence and will be reported to the relevant authorities. o9bat cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies in any investigation relating to financial crime conducted through the platform.

The use of automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other mechanical or electronic means to interact with o9bat games or betting markets is strictly prohibited. This includes the use of card-counting systems, arbitrage software, or any strategy specifically designed to exploit platform mechanics rather than engage in genuine play. o9bat employs detection systems to identify such activity and will act without prior notice upon detection.

Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes, participating in or facilitating match fixing in any sport on which bets are offered through o9bat, or placing bets based on insider information relating to match outcomes or player performance is strictly prohibited. o9bat reports suspected match fixing activity to the relevant sporting and regulatory bodies.

All content on o9bat, including but not limited to the platform design, logos, graphics, text, game interfaces, and software, is the intellectual property of o9bat or its licensed content providers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without prior written permission from o9bat.

o9bat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, o9bat will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to active players via the platform or by email. Your continued use of o9bat following the publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain aware of the current version.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining provisions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. The remaining Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
